Steamfitter Foremen
Lead Projects. Build Teams. Deliver Excellence.
Our Steamfitter Foremen play a critical leadership role in the successful execution of fire sprinkler installations and related piping systems. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who can lead crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Foremen Responsibilities
Supervise and lead field crews on commercial, industrial, and residential projects
Coordinate daily jobsite operations, manpower, materials, and equipment
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
Ensure installations meet code requirements and project standards
Maintain project schedules and productivity goals
Communicate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients
Enforce company safety policies and jobsite compliance
Mentor and develop team members
Foremen Qualifications
Extensive experience in fire sprinkler or piping installation
Proven leadership and crew management experience
Strong knowledge of piping systems, layouts, and installation practices
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
OSHA certifications
Valid driver’s license
Steamfitter Mechanics
Skilled Tradesmen Who Get the Job Done Right
Our Steamfitter Mechanics are the backbone of our field operations, responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining fire protection piping systems with precision and professionalism.
Mechanic Responsibilities
Install fire sprinkler piping and related components
Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
Measure, cut, thread, groove, and assemble pipe systems
Install hangers, supports, valves, and sprinkler heads
Perform testing, inspections, and system adjustments
Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
Maintain safe and organized work areas
Work collaboratively with foremen and project teams
Mechanic Qualifications
Experience in steamfitting, pipefitting, or fire sprinkler installation
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment
Knowledge of construction safety practices
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
